In this unique dance workout, you will be shaking your stuff 
and getting in shape with conditioning moves and exercises 
inspired by traditional burlesque dance, retro dance 
choreography, pilates-like toning moves, and classic burlesque 
bump-and-grind. You will learn fabulous dance choreography, 
character development, song interpretation, prop use and 
much more!
