Skimming the Edge

To experience the Void, the no-beingness at the heart of all Creation, is an act of extreme courage. Nothing less is asked of you at this time.

We’ve just experienced a major planetary passage with two eclipses in March, the Spring Equinox and Pluto’s station near an exact conjunction with the center of our galaxy.

What has been held in the subconscious is now illuminated, known, ripe for release. We’ll have that opportunity as Pluto travels “backward” through Sagittarius before stationing direct in early September.

Pluto, out there on the edge of our solar system, connects us with our cosmic heritage. During his conjunction with the Galactic Center in 2006-2007, our cellular memory is activated as Divine Source energy and information are transmitted through this transpersonal portal.

Earth changes

Cleansing by wind and water continues as the Earth adjusts to changes in the electromagnetic grid. Those affected by the devastating cyclones in Australia and killer tornadoes in the U.S. are in our prayers. Further effects of these changes will be felt throughout the coming year.

Miracles surface alongside disaster. This is the nature of the transition we’re experiencing as the Earth is reborn.

Imagine the elation of the family and friends of Randal McCloy Jr., the sole survivor of the Sago Mine explosion in January in West Virginia, whose miraculous recovery from carbon monoxide poisoning and early return home last week surprised the world.

We have only skimmed the edge of what’s possible during this remarkable transition period as the Earth becomes a sacred star.

And yet…the coal mine community, not just in West Virginia, has endured a series of excruciating losses this year that shine light on the dangers of our dependence on fossil fuels. We are asked to change our ways.

Moving forward

Saturn returns to forward motion this week as he continues his transit of Leo, encouraging us to release our fears, step into the unknown, and live from our hearts as fully realized beings.

With Pluto’s transit near the Galactic Center, we have the opportunity to venture closer and closer to the nothingness at the heart of all creation, descend into the Void and quicken the seed of God-consciousness within us.

This process is beautiful in its simplicity. Release the illusion of control. Meditate. Surrender. Let go. Embrace change. Experience the bliss of creation.

Remember in the third Matrix movie when Neo stopped bullets with his mind? In the movie, he was the new (“Neo”) human, the “One” who came to open new possibilities in human consciousness. So are you.

Planetary Alignments Update

The eclipses have passed, but we’re not out of the woods yet.

Tensions are building now as Mars, the warrior, faces off with Pluto, the Transformer, in a direct opposition that becomes exact this weekend. Unresolved emotional issues are ripe for release. Just as we’re integrating the intense transformational energies of the March eclipse/equinox period, this highly charged alignment pushes for even more dramatic changes.

Meanwhile, forward movement and higher ideals are on the horizon as Saturn changes direction and Venus changes signs.

Saturn Direct in Leo – April 5

Saturn stations this week after more than four months of retrograde motion. It’s time to lay the foundation for plans we’ve been evaluating since late November. During this retrograde transit, we’ve experienced accelerated energies that support quantum changes, culminating in the Aries Solar Eclipse a week ago. Incorporate the insights you’ve received throughout this period into your plans for new life at a higher level of consciousness.

Venus into Pisces – April 5

Love is dreamy and idealized when Goddess Venus moves into the spiritual realms of Pisces. This is a time for inspired relationships, and spiritual expression through art, drama, writing, music and an overall aesthetic approach to life. Saturn’s station helps us remain grounded financially as our spirits soar.

Mars Opposed Pluto – April 8

Oh boy, this alignment packs a punch. In its higher expression, Mars in Gemini opposed Pluto in Sagittarius creates a matrix of transformational energy that could bring down our inner defenses, ignite our passions and stimulate the higher mind, blasting us into a higher level of consciousness. If we resist the change, submerged emotional issues could explode in fits of rage and violence personally and in the world around us. Prayers and meditation for healing of the collective as well as the personal are in order as this volatile energy climaxes this weekend.

Full Moon in Libra – April 13 – 12:40 PM EDT; 4:40 PM GMT

The Libra Full Moon is the first of the three major lunar festivals each spring. These lunar gateways enhance our multidimensional awareness and bring us into contact with the higher spiritual planes that guide humanity’s evolutionary process. We’ll explore each one in detail in upcoming issues of “Alignments.”

It’s not enough anymore to show the way. We must be the way.

In the number “2012” is encoded a knowing in your soul that something important is happening now, in your lifetime. Something amazing. Something urgent. Something wonderful.

2012 is related to the end of the Mayan calendar, which some scholars say will happen on the Winter Solstice, December 21, 2012. Other end dates are sometimes given, including October 28, 2011.

The exact date of the end of the Mayan calendar is much less important than the conceptual meaning of 2012. The number expresses the cosmic notion that a shift of world ages of nearly incomprehensible magnitude is underway. We live in the transition period between the old and the new. It’s a period of time, not a single point in time.

2012 also relates to a period of intense Earth changes and the possibility that humanity will move to a higher expression of consciousness during this time.

2012 is a reminder that your soul incarnated with a special purpose related to this shift of planetary consciousness.
