Simplicity News Has An Improved Format

Every month for the past seven years, I've been writing this newsletter, sharing tips, ideas, inspirations, and information about getting organized and simplifying life. Over time, it's changed and evolved and the time has come for another change. I think it's a very positive one!

Instead of 100% of the content living in the body of an email, the beginning of each section will be in the email with a link which will take you to my blog to read the rest of the article.

This new format has a number of benefits for you...

Benefit Number ONE: Following the links will take you to a virtual block party of articles and information each month! You won't just be able to read the one article you clicked on, but because you'll be at the blog, you'll have access to all the information I've been writing for the past year.

Benefit Number TWO: It gives you an opportunity to comment directly to anything contained in the newsletter or to past blog entries as well. You simply hit the COMMENTS link at the end of any article and it opens up a comments box where you can leave your thoughts, questions or ideas.

Benefit Number THREE: The blog newsletter format simplifies where all my information lives. Right now, newsletter archives live on my web site and blog entries live on my blog. The new format consolidates all my information into one interactive site.

Benefit Number FOUR: Although you'll still receive your monthly newsletter, you can also subscribe directly to the blog's feed if you wish to be notified when any new blog entries are posted. Simply enter your email into the Subscribe Me box at the top right, and you'll be notified whenever a new blog entry is posted.Oh, and no worries about
constant email notifications clogging your in-box...you'll only be notified once daily.

Benefit Number FIVE: The format change is great because unlike the newsletter archives on my web site, my blog is searchable! The Rollyo Search Box allows you to
search my blog posts and archives for articles that interest you based on specific keywords. But wait, it gets better. It also searches other blogs as well, so you'll have even more information if you choose to explore that direction. Content searchability means even if you miss a newsletter or you're a brand new subscriber, you can always find the content you want just by using the search box.

"Organization Nation" Radio Show Going Strong!

I am pleased to rpeort that my weekly radio show, Organization Nation is a month old, it's going strong and I just LOVE doing it! Plus, I have guest experts nearly every week, so be sure to tune in for great ideas, inspiration and tips! And, if YOU have an idea for a radio show topic, I'd love to hear it! Be sure to tune in today and every Tuesday at noon Eastern and 9:00 a.m. Pacific to learn more and call or email with your questions!

You Asked...

Each month, readers write asking questions about how to organize various areas of their lives. This month's question comes from an unidentified subscriber in Cranston, Rhode Island. She writes, "I tend to keep things I might use. My mother in-law & father in-law died how do I get rid of their stuff without feeling bad?."

Letting go of items that belonged to deceased loved ones can be tough, I know. It's something that almost everyone faces at one point or another in life, so your question applies to many readers. Having lost my own mother just over two years ago, I can relate to what you're feeling. The first thing to do is...
