Most of us agree that the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. 
If so, then the following must also be true:  the road to Heaven is
paved with exceptional results!
Results mean everything to profitable businesses.  In fact, there are
four key components to delivering exceptional results:
1.	Anticipate risks and obstacles and plan how to cut through them
like a hot knife through butter.
2.	Know your most critical priorities and spend your time there,
not on the unimportant stuff that gets you nowhere.
3.	Make sure your processes are streamlined and that they ensure
that your clients receive superior service always.
4.	Do the above consistently and with passion.  Passion makes all
the difference.
